The long weekend turned out to be nice weather afterall.
Friday- Swam 40 lengths.
Saturday- Me and Don went for a 30K bike ride on the bike path which is not as fast as the road but still a good workout...and also we stopped at Darlington Park for an ice cream. tee hee
Monday- I ran 15 K by myself. This is the longest Ive gone since my injury. It went quite well but I am still sore in my injury area but not too bad. I just went slow and steady.
Tuesday - I swam for 40 lengths. I walked to the pool and back home afterwards because it was such a nice night. Looking forward to doing some open water swims when I go camping next week. I want to get a flutter board because I need to work on my kick.
Wednesday- I did my usual 17K bike ride.
Tonight I will try and fit a run in. But it might be difficult. I have appointments. I am starting to feel nervous. Its only 2 1/2 weeks away! Yikes!!!!
